nandorman email | ONE law, if you can call it that, that needs to be changed is Article 2, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution (nothing to do with The Governator, who I doubt will earn reelection in California, let alone ever become president).  For one thing, "natural born" has never been defined.  Second, if someone has been a citizen of the United States for, say, at least the second half of their life time since birth, I would say that such a person is as American as any "natural born" citizen and should be allowed to be president if elected.
