Adam Kennedy email | How does slashcode handle people that both forget their password, and  change their email address?  I know adamkennedy on Slashdot is me (witness links to my sites in the comments for it) but it's probably old as hell, on an email address that doesn't exist any more, and I have no idea what the password is.  So now what?
brian d foy email 9 | During the bottom of the ninth in the seventh game of the National League Championship Series -- Cards versus Mets -- I saw a Major League Baseball commercial. It ended with a fast talking guy saying "Any accounts or descriptions of this game may not be disseminated without expressed written consent." Can, or has, MLB ever been able to enforce this? Are you going to jail? Are you going to blog about a game just to give MLB the bird? Does the evening news actually ask permission to report on the game?
