MacPerl 5.8 Tests Revisited

All core tests are working except for op/alarm.t (bug in alarm!) and one other test in run/fresh_perl.t. I'll fix those as soon as I can, and then move on to the ext/ and lib/ tests. Very cool. use.perl.org
