Fester on my Head

Many people I know have probably seen this picture before. It was taken back in 1995 when my new kitten Fester would climb on my head, while I was working.

Well, thirteen years and thirteen pounds (for her, not me ... lots more for me) later, Fester died. She was in her sleeping position, which means she probably died in her sleep, so that's good.

Blood was dripping from one eye. I have no idea what that's about. And then I watch the latest episode of Battlestar Galactica, and it has a dead cat in it. That's an odd coincidence.
