I finally have an installer license! It is good for one year, which means it expires from when it was first issued, in April 2002. Yummy. :-)
The problem was I mistyped my email address the first time; I realized it immediately and wrote to them asking them to fix it. But apparently that never happened, as they still had the wrong email address in the records. Hopefully this is not a problem in the future when I need to do new releases etc.
